Terms and conditions of acceptance and publication of the article
1-1. In the Journal of Ritual Culture and Literature, only research articles are published whose validity is confirmed during the judging process, and adapted articles and other articles that are not valid in terms of content or structure are not published.
1-2. Articles translated from other languages will be accepted and published with the approval of the editor and the editorial board of the publication.
1-3. Articles submitted to the journal should be in line with the journal's theme and approach in the "Objectives and Perspectives" section of the journal's website.
1-4. Each article is received and evaluated only through the website of the Journal of Ritual Culture and Literature at http://Jcrl.birjand.ac.ir. Therefore, the authors of the articles must go to the journal's website, after registration, submit their article and upload its file.
1-5. The submitted article should in no way be published in other journals or conference proceedings (internal and external). Also, after accepting an article for publication, the author of the article is not allowed to publish it in other publications.
1-6. Dear authors, it is necessary to receive the "Commitment" form from the "Useful Links" section of the publication's website, and after completing and signing it, upload and send the necessary files in the upload section.
1-7. Only articles that meet the requirements of the "Detailed Guide for Authors of the Journal of Ritual Culture and Literature" will be evaluated.
1-8. Articles that meet the requirements of the journal's authors' guide will be submitted to two judges for expert review after initial review by the editor. If the opinion of the first and second judges about the acceptance or rejection of the article contradicts, the article will be submitted to the third judge. The final acceptance of the article is subject to the approval of the editor and the editorial board of the publication.
1-9. The profile of the authors for the judges and the profile of the judges for the authors are hidden at all stages of the judging.
1-10. The responsible author of the article will be responsible for the corrections submitted by the editor and editor of the journal.
1-11. The editor and the editorial board of the journal have full authority to accept, modify the content and reject the articles.
1-12. The editor of the journal has full authority over the formal, technical, and linguistic editing of the articles, but the content editing of the articles is by no means the responsibility of the editor and he has no responsibility for the content of the articles.
1-13. Full responsibility for the accuracy and precision of the text of direct and indirect quotations, address of citation sources, bibliographic characteristics of sources in the bibliography section and observance of research ethics (see: "Ethical principles of publishing an article" and "Useful links" sections in the journal website) The author is responsible for the article.
1-14. Each article will be judged for a maximum of three months and the result of the judging will be announced via e-mail to the author in charge of the article.
1-15. After the final acceptance of the article, the order, number and organizational affiliation of the authors cannot be changed.
2. Profile of the authors of the article
2-1. Enter the names and surnames of all authors in Persian and English.
2-2. The academic degree or degree, the name of the place of study or organizational affiliation (university, research institute, faculty, institute or ...) and the name of the educational or study field of all authors should be specified in Persian and English.
2-3. Identify the author responsible for articles with more than one author.
2-4. Enter the email address of all authors.
2-5. Write home or work address, postcode, and mobile phone number and workplace of the responsible author.
2-6. All the above specifications should be typed in Word 2010 software, independently of the article file, and uploaded together with the article file in the website of the desired publication.
3. Formal specifications of the article
3-1. The text of the article, without the authors' specifications, should be typed in Word 2010 software. Article title with Lotus font, Bold in font size 16, Persian text of the article with font B Lotus, font size 13: Latin text of the article with Times New Roman font size 10 and Arabic text of the article with font B Badr, in 13 font size.
3-2. The number of words in the article should not exceed eight thousand words.
3-3. Calligraphy of articles (spelling of words, separate and continuous writing of words, etc.) must be in accordance with the grammar of the Academy of Persian Language and Literature. It is necessary to observe the semicolon, the punctuation marks and the short "" in the words ending in the infinitive (ۀ).
3-4. The structure of the article should consist of title, abstract (maximum two hundred and fifty to three hundred words), keywords (five to seven words), introduction, main body (analyzes, explanations, critiques, findings, etc.), conclusion and bibliography.
3-5. The title of the article, abstract and keywords should be sent in both Persian and English languages and if the article is accepted, the author will be obliged to prepare a detailed abstract in English and translate (transliterate) Persian sources into English.
3-6. Arrange the main and sub-topics of the article, from the title of the introduction to the title of the conclusion, by numbering.
3-7. The titles of books and magazines should be italicized in the text of the article and bibliography, and the titles of the articles should be enclosed in English quotation marks.
3-8. Foreign equivalents should be announced and specialized terms should be included in the text of the article, in parentheses and immediately after their Persian equivalents.
3-9. No footnotes should be included in the text of the article and additional and supplementary explanations should be provided in the footnotes section.
3-10. All captions are created automatically (in Word software, via the Reference language, and using the EndNotes option) at the end of the article text so that by clicking on the number of single captions in the article text, their text can be accessed immediately at the end of the article.
3-11. Information of tables, diagrams, pictures, maps, etc. should be inserted in Persian.
