Ritual and belief healing in folklore

Abstract

Ritual and belief healing has been common values among believers throughout history and is still prevalent at a more limited level than in the past. The current research is practical and has been conducted with the aim of investigating religious and religious healing in popular culture.

The data of this research has been provided in a library manner and the author has analyzed belief healing in popular culture based on literary texts, travelogues and collections of popular culture books in a descriptive-analytical way.

Believers and religious believers seek prevention or reduction of pain and suffering caused by illness or healing by resorting to prayers and azkar, blessed persons and elements, or performing some actions, during pain and illness. And according to their sincere belief in God and their method and approach, as well as the influence of the mind on the body, they achieve remarkable success for themselves.

According to the findings, it is concluded that the power of belief can be effective in preventing disease, resisting its complications, and increasing mental tolerance and treating people; Therefore makes it necessary to strengthen religious insight and planning based on the education of families.
