Abstract

Ibn Hosam Khusfi is a famous poet of the 9th century AH, and several manuscripts of his Divan are preserved in various libraries in Iran. So far, his Divan has been critically edited twice. One of the manuscripts of his Divan is the National Library's copy 6115, which is an important but lesser-known manuscript that has not been used in any of the critical editions of Ibn hosam 's Divan. This manuscript was probably written in the 11th century AH, and despite its omissions, it contains poems and verses that are not found in the existing critical editions of Ibn Hosam 's Divan. In the present study, the aforementioned manuscript is first introduced, and then, for the first time, two poems that should be considered as newly discovered poems by Ibn Hosam are quoted and critically edited based on this manuscript. These two poems are important from a doctrinal point of view and demonstrate Ibn Hosam's explicit beliefs, and this can be considered one of the reasons why they are not included in other manuscripts of the Divan.
